Mogene Consultancy B.V. (Mogene), including all Mogene group companies, form part of an international real estate organization. The prime activities of the Mogene operations are the trading of bulding materials, realestate consultancy, management of portfolio properties and the development of commercial real estate, including residential development and sales.

In providing our products and services, we mainly collect information on businesses, but we may also collect personal data. Your trust in how we handle your personal data is important to us. When you use our website, sign-up for our newsletters or do business with us as our business partner or supplier, it is important to us to process your personal data carefully and securely in a transparent manner. In this Privacy Statement, we explain when we collect your personal data, what personal data we collect, how we use such personal data, and how long we keep your personal data.

This Privacy Statement supersedes previous versions of our Privacy Statement, in which we also informed you about the processing of your personal data.

This Privacy Statement is aimed at our business contacts and everyone who visits our website.

Mogene is the data controller for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the applicable law. In addition to this, Affiliates of Mogene are also the data controllers for the processing of personal data. There is differentiated responsibility, which means that Mogene and the Affiliates are each independently data controllers for the processing of personal data for which they determine the purposes and means. Mogene is not responsible for the privacy- or cookie statement as implemented by the other parties.

We process your personal data to provide our services. If you are a business contact of Mogene, we may amongst other things process the following personal data of you: your name, (work)address, telephone number, email address, ID number, education and training, licenses and photo.
We also automatically process the following categories of information of all our website visitors: information with regard to your visit to our website, browsing behaviour, information about the computer used, such as your IP address, browser specifications and operating system of the device that you use to visit our website.

We process your personal data for the performance of a contract with you. We may also process your personal data if necessary for complying with one of our legal obligations or for achieving our legitimate interests. We always check carefully that your privacy interests do not weigh more heavily. For example, we have a legitimate (business) interest in maintaining, securing and optimising our website, so that we can be of good service to you now and in the future.
